TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:
a) Rental per day charges is $20.00
b) Transportation and commissioning charges (Two-Way) is $40.00
c) Minimum rental period is 14 days
d) A compulsory deposit of $1000.00 (refundable once equipment is returned)
e) A rental contract will be issued and initial 14 days rental, transportation & commissioning charges including the deposit will be collected on day of commissioning.
f) All prices quoted are before GST.
The JAS EZ Elbow offers full-range, bi-directional PIP Range of Motion (ROM) therapy – 147º flexion, 15º hyperextension – in a lightweight, low-profile, single-patient use device. JAS’ innovative Motion Arc™ design, combined with infinitely adjustable ROM, assures precise end-range stretch throughout the entire treatment session. Maximal Total End Range Time (TERT) is achieved for optimal therapeutic benefit.
